There are 32 Vouchers in Balatro, categorized into 16 pairs of two. Every Voucher essentially has a normal and upgraded version to form one pair. For example, Overstock is paired with Overstock Plus, which both have similar, but stacking, effects.

The normal versions of each Voucher are all unlocked by default , but their upgraded versions require you to complete certain objectives during runs.

Additionally, to find the upgraded version of a Voucher during a run, you must first obtain its normal version. For example, to see Glow Up during a run, you'll first need to get Hone. Of course, you need to unlock Glow Up before it will appear as well.

	Reroll Surplus	Rerolls cost $2 less.	Unlocked by default.
	Reroll Glut	Rerolls cost an additional $2 less.	Reroll the shop a total of 100 times.
	Crystal Ball	+1 consumable slot.	Unlocked by default.
	Omen Globe	Spectral cards may appear in Arcana Booster Packs.	Use a total of 25 Tarot cards from booster packs.
	Telescope	Celestial Packs always contain the Planet card for your most played poker hand this run.	Unlocked by default.
	Observatory	Planet cards in your Consumables area give x1.5 Mult for their specified hand.	Use a total of 25 Planet cards from booster packs.
	Grabber	Permanently gain +1 hand per round.	Unlocked by default.

	Hieroglyph	-1 Ante, -1 hand per round.	Unlocked by default.
	Petroglyph	-1 Ante again, -1 discard per round.	Reach Ante level 12.
	Director's Cut	Reroll the Boss Blind once per Ante, $10 per roll.	Unlocked by default.
	Retcon	Reroll the Boss Blind unlimited times, $10 per roll.	Discover 25 Blinds.
	Paintbrush	+1 max hand size.	Unlocked by default.
	Palette	+1 max hand size again.	Reduce your hand size down to 5 cards.

How To Get Vouchers

Every Ante, one Voucher will appear in the shop, which can be purchased for $10. Whether you buy or don't buy the Voucher, once you defeat the Boss Blind of that Ante, it will be replaced with another. This means, in a typical winning run, you'll have the chance to get eight Vouchers.

If you continue to Endless Mode after winning, you can keep collecting Vouchers after each Boss Blind shop refresh .

Additionally, you can also prematurely refresh the shop using the Voucher Tag, earned by skipping a Blind that has it. This will add a Voucher to the next shop, giving you the potential to collect more than eight Vouchers in a typical winning run.
