Want to know how to unlock everything in Balatro? Find out in this guide. Unlock it all!

Before I tell you how you can unlock everything in Balatro, you need to know that there is an Unlock All button you can press which is found under Reset Profile directly after creating a new profile that unlocks everything in the game.

I don’t recommend using this because it takes a lot of the fun out of Balatro and disables achievements for that profile. But if you don’t care about spoilers, it’s not a bad idea to press Unlock All to see what’s in store. Or you can just keep reading this guide and earn your unlocks.

Here is the full list of all 32 Balatro trophies - there are 18 bronze, 7 silver, 6 gold and 1 platinum.

• The Mark causes Face cards to be drawn face-down. Not only are there plenty of strategies that don’t rely on (or even discourage) using Face cards to be effective, but the face-down Face cards are still fully playable. Face-down cards are only a serious problem for forming straights and flushes, which Face card strategies rarely rely on to begin with, and Face cards comprise of just three ranks, so if you repeatedly discarding Aces and Numbers, sorting by rank, and just blindly picking five face-down cards in a sequence, you are guaranteed a Two Pair at the least and can easily get a Three of a Kind or better. Best of all, you don’t have to worry about this Boss Blind at all if you’re playing the Abandoned Deck, which starts without any face cards, and you haven’t added any yet; even if you did add a few face cards to that deck, it’s still easy to pick out which of them were drawn.

Still knee-deep in Balatro, me. I tried re-ordering my Jokers and it seems to have helped in several runs — I’m getting there, but I’ve yet to crack a run. It’ll come. Perhaps the game’s greatest triumph is the ‘feel’, I think. The subtle shake of the cards, and a great use of HD rumble. Beyond Balatro, a few days-worth of Pikmin 4 sounds good. I’d love to dive into Princess Peach: Showtime! after reading PJ’s review, but that one’s going to have to wait until payday.
