📚 In the playtest build Merry Andy was a rare joker that allowed unused Discards to be carried over to the next blind. This led to some broken strategies such as farming large amount of money with Delayed Gratification or granting huge amount of chips with Banner. Its effect was completely overhauled upon release.
📚 Andy is commonly used as a term on Twitch as a generic way to refer to a person. Its often preceded by any other combination of words e.g. Balatro Andy would be a way to refer to someone playing this game.
📚 If you generate Merry Andy through a Judgement Tarot Card you will get the extra discards for the current hand without cards being discarded from your hand but will drop your hand size when you next draw.
