Baltro’s a poker game that gets wildly out of hand the further into the run you get. Each win opens a shop where you can select Jokers, Tarot, and Planet cards to help tip the odds in your favor. But Jokers are permanent buffs that can really turn the game in your favor and are essential the further you get. But be aware that you can only have five Jokers in your hand at any time. And if you need to make room, you can simply select it and opt to sell it to make room for a better card.
Here are all five Legendary Jokers in the Baltro and how to unlock them.

How to Get The Soul Card in Balatro
Spectral cards, like Tarot cards, modify your playing cards but offer stronger buffs. Spectral Cards are found only in Spectral Packs. You can find Spectral Packs randomly in the shop or as a prize for skipping Blinds. But the chance your Spectral Pack will give you The Soul is not guaranteed. And so far, The Soul seems to be the only guaranteed way to get a Legendary Joker.

Jokers are special cards at the core of Balatros gameplay. Instead of being included in Decks and played alongside standard cards Jokers are obtained through the Shop and occasionally other means and are held in the players dedicated joker slots until the player sells them or they are destroyed.
What does the burnt Joker do in Balatro?
