The Soul Spectral card allows you to unlock Balatros Legendary Jokers. All five Legendary Jokers have to be unlocked in the same way which is by using The Soul Spectral card. What happens if a hand is played with 3 dollars or less Balatro?
Balatro. The wording in this game is baffling sometimes. What it means is: If you have $3 or less when you play a hand you get a tarot card. If you play 3 hands while you have <$3 you will get 3 tarot cards.
Is Burglar good Balatro?
Burglar is a Joker that increases your hands per round at the cost of losing all discards. This has the added benefit of increasing your income if you can beat the Blind without using all of your hands.
