Triboulet (Joker)

🂠 Most decks benefit equally from Triboulet with the exception of the Abandoned Deck due to its lack of face cards at the start.

🂠 The Ghost Deck has greater potential to enable Triboulet thanks to its greater access to Spectral Cards both for being able to better manipulate your deck to add more Kings and Queens as well as being able to add Red Seals to those cards to retrigger Triboulets effect.

♥️ Triboulet benefits from any hands that let you play as many Kings and Queens as possible such as Full House Four of a Kind Five of a Kind and any derivatives.

🃏 Any Joker that triggers on playing a face card naturally synergizes with Triboulet. An especially powerful combo lies with Sock and Buskin which will retrigger Triboulets multiplicative effect; A normal hand with five scoring Kings and Queens will see Triboulet give an effective x32 Mult while with Sock and Buskin this balloons to x1024 Mult.

📚 Little biographical information is available about the jester Triboulet. It is known that in France there have been at least three jesters referred to as Triboulet with the first one serving René of Anjou and being also a playwright. The second Triboulet served Louis XII; he died during his reign and the third Francis I (and possibly also Louis XII) and those two became later confused as one person.
